Should we have a tag specifically for God Kiana or Queen Kiana? I’m kinda new to Honkai I don’t know how different they are as a character.

Yes, definitely. Since they look different enough and,... i'm guessing they are separate playable characters?
I'm new to Honkai myself and, none of the english website had any info on these versions, so i didn't know what to tag them.

I feel like this shouldn't count as kiana_kaslana_(herrscher_of_the_void) since this is the 14th Herrscher version of Kiana and not the 2nd version

There aren't enough images to make of her anyway. Technically she is called Herrscher of the End as it was confirmed in the official manga.
