I'm not sure how you would categorize someone who actually know magic and gods as "chuuni".

Chuuni shouldn't even be a concept in a fantasy land, at worst it'd be like the equivalent of a tryhard kid who thinks he's way better than he really is.

Unless of course this is just one of those "hey our characters are quirky! it absolutely makes zero sense but isn't that funny we're judging this medieval fantasy person by modern pop culture standards?"

As I understand it, while she can back it up, she's more or less Tenryuu in this form in terms of how she acts. I think the label is justified.
