Massachusetts secondaries actually reload 20% faster than an Atlanta, it's 10 gun broadside puts out slightly more shells per minute then Atlanta's 12 and of course you get, you know, nine 16 inch guns as a bonus. They have the same arc too so you can actually sit behind islands and ran HE over them onto people, and they have a baked in 40% accuracy increase so with flags, skills, and modules you get a pattern that's barely any bigger then an actual Atlanta.

Watching lolibote's panic when the storm of stupidly accurate shells starts falling on them is probably never going to get old.
