I counted 32-33 assuming she was 11-12 at first appearance. More importantly, what is the interest rate on bicycles?
A bit of googling says price has gone up by about 1.38% per year for new bikes ever since the early 1980s. So, assuming she was claiming Ash owed price of replacement (1,000,000 poke-yen), he now owes her 289,800 poke-yen more than when he started.

Really?! That is pathetic. An Amulet Coin on team leader and some Vs. Seeker abuse on wealthy elders would have that covered in half an hour or less.

Well, yeah, it's a bicycle, not a car.
Also, wallet cap changed in gen 5; prior to that, anything above 999,999 poke-yen was effectively infinitely expensive to those using a protagonist-sized wallet.
till they hit the reset button on both her and brock in that short appearance in the latest season. but if you were going with matpat's math and theory about satoshi's age he should be in his twenties right now and if kasumi is the same age as him when they met then she'd be in her twenties as well

He was talking about her in-game appearance, though. The anime definitely follows no concepts of linear or logical time progression, but Misty did in fact age in the games.
