If Koishi was clapping her thumbs would probably be on the same side. If you look next to her hat, that black wavy stuff is the hem of her sleeve, so she is the one holding the glass. The question is: Who is Koishi locking hands with?

in the spirit of Alice x Everyone I would go with B making Alice and Koishi putting their hands together.

The hand that is clapping Koishi's right hand is also a right hand, so it probably belongs to Alice.

The hand that is holding the glass above Hoishi is a left hand, so it's probably Koishi's left hand.

Marisa's hand would be too long and weirdly bent to clap Koishi's right hand in place of Alice, so her hand is the one that is holding onto Alice's waist.
