It was completed in Kacchu Musume's anthology release "Anchovy a la Carte" (https://www.doujinshi.org/book/1588464/). I wasn't able to find that doujinshi at any of the online retailers, so there might not actually be any copies of it remaining for purchase. So unless the artist decides to release the remainder of the comic themselves, the above may be all the ending we'll ever get.
