For future reference, in case it's not obvious, the namesake tag here is both Iris and Higana (Zinnia) are wearing the flowers they are named after, the iris and the red spider lily, which are also printed on their kimonos.
I don't know what flower Manon (Mairin) is wearing, but she's not named after a flower, and her kimono print seems to be based on Florges.
