The tag you're looking for is lossy-lossless, used for situations when a previously compressed image has been saved in a lossless format for no benefit.
It's also a transparent_png, meaning the background is transparent but will show up as black in the thumbnail and resized versions.
It's also been poorly edited, as RaisingK pointed out the aliasing around the legs and the hem of the apron. This may demand the edit (no wiki entry) tag as well, though photoshop is far more commonly used.
