I personally find AL GZ's remarks like that to be something of an exaggeration she does herself as part of her 'act' (not to say she doesn't have real bitterness) and that her backyard stuff is her actually dropping the act and actually enjoying herself.

Probably in relation to her RL counterpart since she never completed and turn into a target practice by the Soviets.
