Wierd. I'm certain almost everything snowcanvas makes is top-notch, and I'm looking at it objectively in every possible angles.

@Ghos† The Curated pool is handled by a bot. When a couple "supervoter" users (users picked based on how algorithmically similar their favorites are the the head admin's) favorite a post, it gets put in the pool for a week.

Or in other words, the Curated pool, supervoters (and therefore, image score), and all the things like "Hot" and "recommended" are all total gibberish done as a vanity project by the owner of the site and has absolutely nothing to do with anything but his own subjective tastes. (Incidentally, anyone ELSE setting up a pool just to hold images that suit their personal tastes is explicitly forbidden)
