He's more referencing the large amount of other (as in not in this picture) fantasy tanks in WoT, such as the Löwe, Japanese heavy line, etc... It would be a valid point except War Thunder has it's share of fantasy stuff too, such as the Panther 2 with 88mm, King Tiger with 105mm, Ho-Ris and R2Y2s (which are planes but still paper designs).
