I'm fairly certain from the strip title (Kuishinbou) that the faces in panel 3 parody characters from Oishinbou, so I'm adding the copyright tag.

I was able to figure out the restaurant's name, but my Chinese knowledge is fairly close to nil, so anyone else who knows better about the signs in panel 2, please do feel free to chime in. I think the text below the restaurant name says the meal price is 200 yuan, but the last symbol doesn't look like a 元 to me, so I'm holding off adding a note.

The only reader-added tags as yet are "The trope" and "Super-gourmands".

I believe that one in panel 2 is actually meant to be "since 2004", but they made a typo and made it sine 2004.

Ah, that makes sense, thanks. I couldn't discern the "4" properly, and I wasn't sure if "sine" was meant to be a romanized Chinese word or a typo for something else. That and the mention of the price in the next panel biased what I thought the numbers meant. That means no sign of the price, though.

No price usually gets mentioned on those signs. The "no second hand oils" is a reference to the food safety issues with cooking oils used in restaurants (among other places) being unsafe for human consumption.

Edit - if you're talking about the price on that little sign with the chicken, I can't read it from the provided photo.
