I put my bet on Kiyoshimo bacause someone who want to be battleship must train more than other average destroyer
Other than Yagumo(being nameship ,she must train a lot too)other girls have no chance against Kiyohimo
Doesn't seem like Kiyoshimo is getting anywhere near her dream though? In both fan works and canon, I can't see that coming.
But then, by popularity, it's probably Naganami - Kiyoshimo - Hayashimo - Makigumo being the top 4, in that order. The fact Naganami got her Kai-2 first really set her popularity to be far higher than the rest of her sisters.
On the other note, by my biased favorites, it's Yuugumo to be the top one coming out.
P/S: And characters' names are right there, in the tags. You can see them so don't mistaking their names. It's distracting and quite bothersome. While it sounds bad, it's the truth. I really had to recall if there was a Yagumo class ship out there in WW2. There was in fact such a class of armored cruiser. Not implemented in the game though. And I doubt she'd be.
