The fun thing with that faux-cyrillic "ЧРД", which was supposed to mean "УРА", is that it looks extremely close to "ЧОРД" which would be an intentionally slurred "DAMN IT", so it would seem like they are cursing instead of celebrating to the unprepared native eye.
