I'd argue that the child-like features (body size, face, hands) would still make this loli.

That's why I didn't remove the tag. But it's still important to clarify to prevent an actual mistake in the future.

Of course, the loli tag has since been removed and replaced with petite. That seems to suggest that someone has designated this image an edge case where the latter tag applies better to the appearances. Just a reminder, I guess, that the tags are never the whole story.
