Tag what you see, not what you know. There isn't enough of Takano Shinno on-screen to know that it's them without meta knowledge, and there is neither artist-added tags nor commentary to indicate the same.

Except for the eyes on the helmet, it could be anyone. Including Suwako if she was wearing the helmet. Without clothing (like Ran), we're stuck with the identification. Otherwise any faceless figure can be tagged as anyone because that person was in the previous strip.
