Happens way to often and it does not help that my sneezes are super loud.

Same, yeah, super-loud at all times. The hesitation-sneeze is at least a blessing when you have a cold/sore-throat and sneezing becomes extremely painful.

Long ago, I used to play MagicTheGathering (Green decks, mostly), and I had a friend who played mostly blue (counter) decks.
EVERY time I was about to sneeze, he would snap "COUNTER!".
And EVERY time, my sneeze would not come out.
I hated that f*cker.
