Oh ho, maybe their relationship did evolve beyond just trying to help him study?

Well, she did agree to some healthy dose of groping, of which we don't know has been done yet or not by the boy.

She needs a name. She's my second favorite behind Maegami-chan.

People (including me) have been praying that Himura-sensei would give her a name already, and I think he's starting to get to it. The title of this submission is ""Lecture Assistant Grad Student", which obviously refers to the nameless girl in question given her status as Student-kun's tutor. So... Grad(uate)-chan?

Gah, at this rate I might actually make my very first Twitter account just to directly ask Himura-sensei in very basic Japanese about her name!

TA-chan would be highly appropriate, but it wouldn't work in Japanese.

She's my most favorite. Maegami-chan's love for her sensei is adorable, but the intensity of her passions intimidates me a bit. I'm completely weak to geek girls and meganekko (though she does need to sharpen her lab safety a bit).

No, Jitome-chan is my second favorite of the side girls (Maegami-chan is my favorite)

That's what it makes her the best girl for me: like the bitterness of a good beer or coffee; or the tartness of a strawberry.

In this page, she's 講義アシスタント/Kougi Ashisutanto (Lecture Assistant), which would be kind of awkward.

In the first page she appeared, she was called 家庭教師/Kateikyoushi (Home Tutor), and "Kateikyoushi-s/chan" would work.

(There isn't a name for her in the other two appearances.)

I like Jitome-chan quite a bit, but Kateikyoushi-san(?) rings all my bells, and Kouhai-chan is my second-favorite, so I guess Jitome's my third, then?

The others are all Japanese names, though. "Jitome-chan", for example, is just "staring eyes-chan", it's not a real name. Hence, Kateikyoushi-san.

My only gripe with Kateikyoushi-san is that it's lengthy... to which I offer a solution: turns out kateikyoushi does have an abbreviated form in kakyou 家教, the first and third kanji from 家庭教師 (make sense, as 家庭 and 教師 are individual words in their own right, "home" and "teacher" respectively, making 家庭教師 literally "home teacher").

So... Kakyou-san. This matches up with Volleybu-chan's name (technically pronounced "Bareebu-chan") being a contraction of "bareebooru-bu" (バレーボール部, lit. "volleyball club").

Well, that's good enough for now, I suppose. We can change it later, but it would be more of a pain to find all the references later if we don't tag her now, so I'll just go ahead and do it.
