This is the prime example of how pointless Japanese censorship law is.

If it is an ero doujin, all you had to do was put a small black bar over the clitoris and foreskin, as long as you do that you can show all the rape, gore and torture as you want.

If it is to be published by an "official" company, then no direct view of penis, nipple, vagina or anus, but as long as you have a sliver of cloth, some hair, finger or mouth to cover said parts and you're good to go!
