I'm guilty of the same thing since I, by some miracle, pulled Alexiel in the same day she's released and proceeded to swap Sara out with her... ;_;

Give her 5* upgrade already, Cygames.

It's not like the game isn't catering to her exactly. She's better at taking sustained hits than anyone in the game and it is possible to turn that into damage, but the game is based around doing as much damage as you can in as short a time as you can.
