Maybe Italian real pizza is healthy, I don't really know; but modern stuff...

I mean, it all depends on how you make it. You can skip the cheese or sauce, throw on oodles of vegetables, etc. Pizza really is a dish you can do literally anything with.

Even American-style pizza can be pretty healthy. It just doesn't seem like it because the freezer stuff and delivery stuff usually has junk like too much sugar and stuff in it.
