I appreciate what you're trying to do, but I purposely kept those sound effect notes at the size they were so they didn't obstruct non-sound effect art. I try to have notes completely cover their relevant text when I can, but when it means covering up a lot of art, I compromise. So long as the note is large enough to spot easily and tell what it's meant to translate, that's acceptable. I've reverted a couple of your changes, but please revert the rest.
