Didn't the person who posted this realize that the character is an amputee with a prosthetic?

I'm pretty sure I know why, AHEM spinning hair blades of doom! But really, I call this picture "Let's plop as much random crap as we can and hope a cool character is created in the process."

Multi-colored hair- check

Shading that makes no sense- check
