I've never seen it either, but barring uncertainty about the context of Hiro, I think I get the idea. Fair warning, though: As I've intimated before, my "flow" is more akin to a bad clog, so I invite suggestions for improvement.

Well, that's certainly better than anything I would have been able to come up with! (Minor tweak for rhythm flow though, even syllabes tend to work better)

Now this is what I call a good localization.

If this series gets a bunch of self-parodying OVAs, or even an OVA series based on the 4koma, this 4koma should definitely get animated.
