I mean Bismarck did take the barrages of two battleships for quite a long time until both of them were actually running low on ammunition before she sunk so a destroyer wouldnt do much.

To be fair a lot of that was due to the british aiming for the superstructure and not the waterline of the Bismarck.

Now I'm suddenly remembered of that Akatsuki that thought using guns on a Bismarck while the torpedoes were reloading was a viable offensive idea out in the open without smoke... not only did the poor destroyer get shredded by her secondaries but Bismarck only lost negligible HP...
