clearly fake. sperm cells do NOT immediately rush the egg cell like that. hell they do not even pass the cervix right away. They sit on the cervix in a seminal pool from where they will have a long journey ahead of them. strong sperm = stronger offspring so it is a race to the egg from there. It can take up to 3 days for the cells to find and enter the egg, so all that Positive Pregnancy Test bullcrap right after sex that artists do is another one of those things.
Clearly it is just the guy in this picture´s kink and self-validation to have a little video running with an impregnation sequence after sex. For all we know, he could be confirmed infertile and a little sequence running on his smartphone would be enough of a distraction to make him cope with that. Why all the condoms and birthcontrol or abortion pills anyway?
