I'm more curious as to how they can draw this insanity. A dude big enough to do this would kill the woman because they'd bleed to death internally. We are not supposed to even be able to reach the cervix, nevermind pierce it and do THIS. I liked this set up until the cervical penetration. Now it's just stupid.
