Snow-White should written with a "-" here because it needs to be distinguished from "Snow White". Both characters do exist but are from different fairy tales: Snow-White and Rose-Red <-> Snow White (and the seven dwarfs).

I wonder if the artist knew of this because the apple is kinda decisive for Snow White instead.
Pretty sure he meant the latter, so it's without the "-"...
