Yes and No more no than yes.

Technically (gonna dork out lol) the only item that links them is the blade that looks similar the suit is very differnt just a vage resemblance, the color and esthetics of the suit aren't present.

She looks more like a B&B to me. But I'm a Metal Gear kid so. lol
