Apparently not, judging by your not-so-good tagging. I was asking if it's ok to post gift pictures, because they're not necessarily meant for mass distribution.
If they're posted publicly on the site, I don't see any reason to treat them differently. Although you should, as you did, mention in the comments that it's gift art or people will think the artist was mistagged based on the URL.
