True. The original publication date of this image is April 29, 2013, which precedes Pokémon XY and thus the introduction of the Fairy-type, by a few months.

Hey, I will always use Gastly line over any Ghost-type line if they're in the game. Mean Look, Hypnosis, Dream Eater and Night Shade = mean pokemon catching machine.
