    Translation request on the Russian portions.

    I'm thinking the part on the right is Russian using Katakana instead. To help those that can't read Katakana, I transcribed what it says below.

    ズドニョーム・ラジジューニィヤ == Zudniom Radijuniya

    Looks like it. The Russian part on the left says "днём рождения!". The full phrase should be "С днём рождения!" (S dniom rozhdeniya!), which translates to "Happy Birthday!"
