If I recall the other had no romantic feelings for him aside from respect as their sensei. The other is around 14 or 15 year old who is basically pissed that he favors on "little girls" instead of her XD

It's been hinted a little that the other Ai may have feelings for him too but she's tsundere so it's not likely she will admit it. And yes, Ginko is angry he only cares about Ai and doesn't realize that she loves him.

Well the other Ai was obviously a tsundere, even with her interaction with Ai-chan she pretty much want the sensei all by herself.
