Her name reads Kanzaki Tomoe, but I can't seem to find her anywhere and she reminds me of Midou Tomoe. The first character actually can be read "mi" like in Midou, but the second kanji doesn't match up to my knowledge.

Wonder if it is her just with the same reading as Kanzaki Akami's surname (same kanji in this image). Midou Tomoe was her mother after all. Seems strange their family names didn't match being mother and daughter.
