Shimada Arisu-chan
Cotton swab
Compound light microscope
Slide glass and cover glass
Dye (such as acetoorcein)
Tweezers, filter paper, etc.
1. After having Alice-chan rinse her mouth, collect some of her cheek cells.2. Rub the tip of the cotton swab on the inside of her cheek.3. Deposit cells collected from Arisu-chan onto the slide glass, prepare the slide, and observe under the microscope.Dye-containing liquid (1-2 drops)Cover glassWere you able to see them well?
Also try it with hair, skin, bodily fluids and such to examine Arisu-chan's body on the microscopic level!
