i believe that this is kallen stadtfeld from code geass and not izayoi aki from ygo5ds
both have very similiar character design so they are easily mistaken

Her hair color are obviously Izayoi's, and anyway the artist himself tagged this as Yugioh 5ds on Pixiv, so it's simply a Kallen cosplay.

If it's a cosplay it should still have a tag for Kallen to indicate the person being cosplayed.

I know it is hard but look at her hair it has that thing that is to help with her psychic powers.
