I'd not say everyone. A lot is more accurate.

With Yoshinori's hands off Gambier Bay and Intrepid, the opportunity to see the Americans together in official promo pics is lost. So you wont see those four chilling together with a thanksgiving turkey in a calendar illustrations or something.

On the other hand, if my guess about Shibafu's design decision is right (i.e: American counterpart to Kaga, like how Iowa is the counterpart to Yamato), we may see Intrepid and Kaga together in official illustrations. Unless the backlash was so bad that Shibafu and Tanaka do away with it.

I have been in the acceptance stage and will welcome a very strong carrier happily. Also, her hourlies suggest she is a Woman of Culture (with references such as Area 88)

If the Devs planned to release more and more US shipgirls, a single artist wouldn't be enough, that's why Akira and Shibafu gave a shot.
Gambier bay's reception was quite cold because she's a bit weak right now and not famous, but the art himself didn't get trashed. Intrepid on the other side... Well, it's WW3 all again on comment area.
Since the USN may take more place in the future, giving girls to different artist is a good thing. Otherwise we may get more and more DE with few foreign capital ship, because delay.

My thought is that it's a cute design and the rigging might be Shibafu's best yet, but it's just too bad about how the head proportions seem a bit off. Which even more than "potato" is Shibafu's main weakness.
