Heh, I remember when he was first announced in X/Y. A friend of mine made a Monster Hunter themed team and I told him to name his Mega Aerodactyl, "S.Rathalos". Still digging the Tigrex-esque design base though.

Mega Manectric = Zinogre
Tyrannitar = Deviljho
Groudon = Akantor
Etc.

By this point, you get the idea. We didn't let some differences here and there prevent us from getting creative with the comparisons.

As soon as I saw the thumbnail I subconciously did the controls for a running dive. Does that mean I have played way too much monster hunter?
