Pretty sure ランカー meant ranking in this context, but I've no idea what's the correlation between that and medals since ranking doesn't give any medals iirc.

He could be talking about EO but I don't think there's any that's called ランカー.

1-5, 2-5, 3-5, 4-5, 5-5 and 6-5 all give lots of ranking points and a medal for clearing them every month - and if you clear those for the ranking points you thus get 6 medals a month just from that.
