There are two other ways of distinguishing the creature from other "aliens," such as using either of the Latin binomials "Linguafoeda acheronsis" or "Internecivus raptus" - but I believe those are geek terms and not known to the general public.
Although your knowledge of Latin and aliens is appreciated, Hung, I don't think it's necessary to have a Giger tag unless the artist is directly involved with the image. In all other posts I've never seen the original artist or creator listed as a tag.
The "alien" is perhaps the most influential of the all the sci-fi monsters. I saw the first one by Ridley Scott when I was a kid and it is still as thrilling as it was then.
