    It's not all about skin, though. Someone can wear a baggy t-shirt and shorts and show less of their body off than someone in a skin-tight body stocking. (Just ask Tharja from Fire Emblem....)

    The new outfit definitely highlights her breasts more than her original outfit, even if it's not showing off lots of skin.
