A couple of character I've missed:

The two floating heads below Tom and Alex.
The character in the very bottom right.
And I think there are two characters just the the left of Virgil... no idea who they are.

Well...the one on the bottom right is Q-Bee. And the one next to Alex and Tom are Q-bee and Felicia.

The two faces to the left of Virgil are possibly Morrigan and Rikuo.

The one next to Alex is Donovan, and I think one of the heads below him is Jedah? Both from Darkstalkers/Vampire Savior. I don't recognize the floating head above Morrigan, but I'd guess it's that little kid with Donovan...?

The one by Alex is not Tom, his name is Donovan

You won me by a minute! I also think the head above Morrigan is Anita, the little girl who travels with Donovan, and Jedah is also in the picture as you say.
