No actually, the artist seems upset that your in game character looks nothing like the one shown in the character creator. The model in game is so low detail and ugly, especially for female characters. What a massive disappointment, the character creator they hyped up was all lies.
Meh. Hardly matters when it all gets hidden behind armor and stuff. I know I'm not going into MH to make a good looking character, I'm doing it to swing a big-ass sword at some dinosaurdragonthings.
