Is it realy Hanayo? She looks more like You, considering the eye color and hairstyle. Also both You and Kotori are the costume designers of their respective groups which sould work with scene like that.

Exactly... say what you want but on the image her eyes are actualy blue, not purple.

Those are definitely purple. There's red in the RGB mix, far more than you would ever have for a shade of blue.
