I was thinking that the dropped uniform was a fakeout but in the sense that the other girls switched clothes so you would guess wrong, I'm totally fine with this as I guessed right even.

The redhead with the braids is Etorofu. Sado's the aqua-blonde gradient (who apparently was the ringleader for this whole stunt).
