    Not a GTO or a Tempest. It's a Nissan or Toyota of some sort. The GTO/Tempest didn't have those scallops on the fender just past the turn signal. Also, this car is a four-lug, not a five like the GTO/Tempest. Researching now.

    Ok, after looking at this car and researching, I've come up to the conclusion. It's a modified 1970-73 Toyota Corona Sedan.

    In the Pixiv link, he tags "Bluebird" but no Nissan Bluebird that I'm aware of has that type of side marker on the fender. So, that's why I don't believe it's that. It's also not a Mitsubishi Colt Galant nor a Honda. The closest that fits because of the side markers, grill, and headlight design is the Corona body. I believe this is actually a sedan because looking at where the blonde's hand is, there is a line that would only be there for a sedan. Also, at the time, both the Corona and the Nissan Bluebird were sales rivals being in the same class of car.
