Nonsense! Shermans took out tanks reported as "Tigers" all the time!
But anyway, if an enemy tank rolls up to point-blank range, you don't really have time to wait for reinforcements, you just use what you have at hand.
Also, I like how the American tank uses English/Romanji sound effects.
Nonsense, Sherman met about 5 tigers in the entire campaign, including the already broke down tigers. Tigers were most deployed to the east, where T-34 were a real problem for the Pz3 and 4. They found more Panther than Tiger. And while the original M4 Sherman was equipped with a short 75mm gun, which was good enough to take down the mass produced Pz3, the english made their own modification for DDay to have a proper anti tank gun (Firefly) and the american soon could bring their 76mm as well. The Easy Eight had no problem taking out a Tiger from front (reports of sherman vs tiger just show that the first who fired won the fight), Fury is a big scam. On the other hand the legend of 5 shermans for one tiger just comes from the fact Tigers were alone while Shermans were in groups.

I'm surprised you didn't realize he is referring to the fact Allied tankers often misidentify every German tank as Tiger since they landed in France

I remember playing a company-level WW2 strategy game where, if you play as the American/British side, they basically have a 80% chance of identifying literally ANY tank as a Tiger for the first round it's within LOS. (And it pops in as a Tiger's model, as well.)
Also I never expect Iowa to experience the "Tiger Shock" lol
I don't think any anti-tank shells are supposed to bounce. If an HE shell is bouncing, it's because it's a dud; if an AP is bouncing, it's because it failed to penetrate.
Plus she would need three more Shermans to take out that Tiger
She'd need four more Shermans to take out that Tiger. She'd also need four more Shermans to take out a Pz. 1 too though on account of that was the smallest operational unit of US tanks during WWII.
DON'T FIRE!
*Ka-TINK!*
Ah, there they are!It appears that the American ships who went shopping for presents haven't returned. It's a Tiger!!We're to search for them.
Nagato's orders.Since they said that they'd take a shortcut, cutting through the forest, maybe they got lost... she said! What a foolish action, eh!Nee-sama, we're not ones to talk...*BLAM!*
