Lactose intolerance. The process of fermenting cheese (especially aged, hard cheeses like the kind you'd put in a wheel), however, destroys the overwhelming majority of lactose, and lactose intolerant people can eat at least small quantities of cheese.
I wonder if there is such thing as "Green mustard used as ingredient in any kind of fried noodle" intolerance? Because after reading about lactose's in this post, it's pretty much what i've going through after i eat it. Stir fried or as a soup is ok, but not the fried noodle. I'm not even kidding.
