I know you wanted to help here, but tagme isn't for this situations since you can expect an uploader to tag his post shortly after or before upload. I chose to upload it before tagging since it's more convenient for tagging.
Anyway, wait some seconds before you tag a post with tagme and it'd be helpful if you could add additional tags as well.
