This argument makes no sense. The gender rules are the exception because nobody wants to see Astolfo in the 1girl solo search. It's a matter of convenience. You don't tag a character with their usual footwear color if only the upper body is visible, why would you tag as ghost a character than in no way, form or context of the picture resembles one?
